Mission statement: Mindful Energy Leadership (MEL) brings authentic, ancient and contemporary methods of energy balancing, inner healing, mindfulness, increased awareness and deeper connection to life. The purpose of the seminars and training events is to address modern causes of daily struggles each person faces in their work-life, home life and relationships. We serve our customers and clients with integrity, time tested methods and a knowledge base which is hard to find.
Mindful Energy Leadership offers a series of in-depth training resources for all levels of participants which are specialized to focus on and aid businesses, public service employers, military, government and non-profits train all staff. Our methods are adapted to the group, yet comprehensive. These programs deepen employee engagement, increasing workplace enjoyment while building morale. This is achieved through hands-on, interactive workshops, in-service training, webinars, smaller, intimate sized group retreats and Keynote Talks at conferences. Additionally, we support our clients with tools for greater well-being through hard copy as well as virtual products to sustain the initial experience.
Stress at work contributes to employee attrition through pressurizing the physical, emotional and mental faculties. These tensions lead to more sick days, facilitate stress related illnesses, trigger work place burn out, contribute to internal staff personality conflicts as well as loss of productivity.
